Express those feelings to your mum and Emily. Let off steam as you’re getting used to your period and beyond. I still discuss symptoms with my mum if my pill is being weird and I’m due a period.

i *really* needed to hear this reminder, thanks sophie!! i do find it hard to share how i'm feeling emotionally with my family, especially when i know it is all hormonal and related to my period. . . and i guess that's because i sometimes just hope my body will get over it?! 🙈 but we really do need to talk about these things and open up to others 💚

@@HollyGabrielle oh bless you! But periods are horrible but your mum and Emily are there to vent to and give advice! I still off load to my mum when my hormones are going crazy and I’m 31.

I love how you did a video on periods because it's not something many people talk and and it should be talked about more because it's natural!🩸🌿 I love the vegan mug by the way:)!

i've made a few sit down videos sharing advice and stuff now, but i hadn't yet filmed a very realistic day in my life when on my period . . . and so i felt it was about time 😉😉😉

this video was not only perfect timing but also i loved how real and honest you were about talking about everything. I wish I could make a vlog like this without any hesitation but there's always a side of me that feels awkward talking about it online. I love your channel, have been subscribed for a while and i cant wait to see more of your journey! Love you Holly! xx

As someone with endometriosis I am genuinely amazed by people who are able to exercise while on their period 😅the walk to the bathroom and back is usually the most exercise I can manage during that time 😂

Holly, try monchs pepper (it's a herb). It will regulate your hormones and therefore the symptomes like the bloating will get better. It helped me a lot with my cramping 😘

It's easier for me if this time falls on the weekend. I was so bad at work, I was distracted and I was told off because I made a lot of mistakes. Today is day 3 and this is the worst time. I stretched out my leg and it cramped. I got dizzy when I went to the toilet. My stomach hurts and I really wanna go to the cinema, but I don't even have the strength to take a shower. Why can't it be something inconspicuous? I feel bad and sad. I just want to get rich and never leave home.

I have hypogonadism and I got my period after hrt that i continue taking exactly 1 year ago. I have those back pains and it is normal to have back pain as the pain radiates through the muscles to the back. In an ultrasound i had doctor told me that i have a back tilted uterus and that's why i have strong back pain. I have pain mostly at my back

Holly, I tend to get very nervous, moody, and cranky when I am close to my periods or within a few days of my periods. I wish that I never had them because I would feel much better if they disappear forever.

Holly! Can you tell me the name of park you run in? It’s very interesting how you can have so much open land and horses and cows near your house. In America, you would be on someone’s private land and they might be yelling “Get off my property!” Lol Just joking! No, for real. Is it really safe for a girl to run there alone? Nice to see you can do that. Here, we have to be so careful. My daughter and I really enjoy your videos. We laugh at how you can talk non-stop! You are a good storyteller. What is your English accent. Which area of England? We have English friends because we met them while I was teaching overseas in Qatar. So, we’ve been to London several times. We have different accents here, but the US is so huge. It’s amazing that the UK is small and still has many accents. Thanks! Keep up the good work!
