I spend a lot of time scouting talent on TikTok and IG, looking for people with good taste and a strong passion for the arts-whether it’s music, fashion, film, travel, or food. Their profiles usually give away their style and vibe, which makes it easier to find the right fit. Once I spot someone promising, I’ll check in with our mutuals to see if they’re kind, reliable, and hardworking. Then, I invite them to a shoot to see how they handle the energy of an ambiguous work environment and asses if they’re adaptable, easygoing, and fun to work with. Honestly, I’m super grateful to have a team that loves what we do together-it’s a blessing and ultimately God’s favour in all our lives ❤
