I moved from Phoenix to New Orleans For 6 months back in 2019. I lived uptown and worked in the French Quarter and would ride the streetcar to and from work late at night. Best time of my life! Love this city!!

Really surprised to see that building going up in the 300 block of St Charles as well as the one at St Charles and Julia St. those were both surface parking lots 2 years ago. Public Parking must be selling off their property.

See John Vlog 504 Road Trips #004 took that same route 2 years ago. There’s a Knights of Columbus hall in the 300 block of St Charles that had a parking lot next to it that we used to park in for functions, so that’s what made me notice that one.
