Dont touch your face with your hands at all . wash your face with lukewarm water only no hot or cold water . dont use soap on your face unless it's known for skin care . dont sleep on your sides sleep on your back. What i said is pretty basic but it really helps now all you need is some skin care producs but I cant recommend any since I dont know how your face looks like
