Trying to start a weekly yoga practice. A friend of mine is a yogi with Take Root Yoga and it's great catching up with him. I've also been doing a daily tarot practice. It's all been helping with my mental health. I'm glad to see another DITL video and hearing how much your life is thriving and expanding. Also great to see you switching up your routine and escaping the noisey neighbors

I've been stretching, and rolling my back out over a 10lbs weight ball. I do it a few times a day to massage my back, and I'm telling you, it's amazing. I suggest it to everything.
