I totally agree it really an unhealthy lifestyle to be getting just three hours a sleep a day, when a normal sleep cycle is 90 minutes for most person,so like these she is only getting 2 90 minutes sleep cycle,not enough for the body to rejuvenate itself for the next day.

Such an unhealthy lifestyle, removed from all that is natural and lacking a calm relationship with nature. Plastic clothes, artificial light, processed foods, book about killing yourself legally, restless… in a room full of ‘stuff’, the product of worshipping materialism while being surround by images of fictional characters… sounds depressing.

i wish japan would do a bit better with their working ethics and give people more free time. 3 hours of sleep is crazy, it's extremely unhealthy and she may be young still and it doesn't affect her now, but the negative effects of too little sleep will catch up on her sooner or later. i'm worried for her

12 hour work shift. That's not normal. What if she had kids???? How parents manage if they need to work 12 hour shift. What kind a life is that. That is not life. So,that saloon needs to hire more people. Normal shift would be from 10 - 6 and from 2-10. To work every day more than 8 hours is suicide. How is this legal in japan. This kind of exploatation???
