The fact that she prioritizes her team over customers means so much to me! In US it’s totally the opposite and “customer is always right”, which is completely insane. She is such a lovely soul! Good bless her ❤
@s.e.32525 ай бұрын
I frecuent go to a café were the team is pioritized over customers (1st hand experience) "the team" is rude, self serving, zero customer service, if customer dares to ask for specific way to get their coffeee, you'll be asked to leave, reason? "Barista was disrespected". Be carefull for what you ask for.

Love her spirit ❤ She's basically living my dream life. And I love it that she stops by the shrine every single morning. Someone who prays everyday has a different spirit than the ones praying only when things get bad. Her work principle is awesome too❤ Respect to her.

If she expanded her shop overseas, that would be a dream. 😍We have a large variety of foods here in the US, however, I've always found authentic Japanese food harder to come by. Most sushi shops here, are not authentic at all. Would love to experience more authentic Japanese food, as I love the food, culture, language and people so much.
@NiSE_Rafter10 күн бұрын
Part of that may be due to modifying a cuisines to suit local taste preferences. Ex: texmex and all the other "fusion" options The restaurant industry is rough and serving 100% authentic can be difficult to get people in the door
@moldenm52397 күн бұрын
@@NiSE_Rafter Part of it is fusion. Another part of it is that Japanese restaurant could be run by Chinese, Vietnamese or other ethnicity common here. Labor costs, rent are also higher so to improve cost structure one gets ordinary vs. higher quality ingredients you may have closer to Japan. Some food depends on freshness and you use what is available locally as sourcing.
