How long does learning it or graduating/qualifying for it take
@jacoblol901 Жыл бұрын
it depends. if you’re getting a bachelors degree in BME, it would take around 4 years if you’re full time consistently, 5-6 years for a masters degree (like she’s doing). you would want to get internship and work experience every summer so when you graduate you have enough experience to land a good full time position. it just depends on how much work you put into it. i’m currently a computer science major (junior) and will land an internship next spring and then one in the summer, and repeat the cycle my senior year so when i graduate it’ll be a bit “easier” to get a full time position. work hard play hard 🤍

@TiffanyTsePiano Жыл бұрын
I'm sorry I don't really know what the acronyms are!
@@globalaffairs2.0 many schools in Canada offer Master’s degree in biomedical engineering, and it shouldn’t be a problem since you have a bachelor degree in the same field. What you want to pay attention when choosing a school is research potential, professors and their expertises (if you want to go the research route); and also the courses they offer in the program if you’d like to go into industry after. You need to do research on each school and compare it to what you want to get out of a postgraduate degree. Hope this helps!

hi there! I would say it is quite important to have a laptop/PC if you are studying engineering (you might need to check for decent computing power if you are coding). Not necessary to have tablet/iPad but it could be convenient for having all your notes in one place. I personally stuck to pencil and paper for my undergrad. Hope this helps!
