@ you’re welcome. Drink a lot of coconut water as well, I’m in America & I don’t get that privilege so do as much as you can it’s even better than drinking regular water. Eat a lot of greens & vegetables & don’t eat as soon as you wake up. If you like eggs do eggs for breakfast & you’ll see a change.
