I don’t really know what I wanna do but I have been looking into doing this thing where I do a Business Finance course and then once I get my degree I put that aside for awhile and look into doing Interior Decorating or something like that because I also want to do something arts-related. Is that even something I can do? Good idea?

I think it's pointless to waste 4 years of your life paying for/studying something you don't actually want to do, just go for what you like! Business is a super common degree and you'll probably be going in to a program where people who are actually super passionate about will be. If you want to build a business in the future relating to interior design you don't actually need a business degree :)
