Start working on form shooting straight away so you will be better than a lot of beginners in a few months. Ball handling drills too

Yes, I go to the gym planning exercises and creating workouts. I feel like that is really important to go in the gym with a plan and executing the plan.

yo bro, I love the work you put in and just keep on going. Btw if you take ice baths and ice your legs right after workouts it can negatively affect your muscle gains, I saw this on a video from Andrew Huberman if you’d like to watch it yourself.

I try to get 6 days a week of training like this but honestly it varies because sometimes I have aau tournaments or other events/plans but generally I try to do this 6 days a week.

Way too much volume on your lifts!! Try only two exercises for chest with two sets. Don’t lift like a bodybuilder

Im a football player a Linebacker in fact he is not lifting like a bodybuilder if you don’t have strength to defend and dominate in the paint then your cooked so he’s not lifting like a bodybuilder

@@SportsWorld-ng7gu he is training for building muscle and not strength, if you look at the sets and reps. I also did that in the past… but if you work on compound lifts it is going to increase your athleticism way more. You would never see a professional basketball player do 3 isolating chest exercises!
