I really don’t know how you do it Jady… I don’t have the resilience/persistence that makes homeschooling so joyful… Some days are so wonderful but some are so hard. I hope one day I can be better at it…

Oh sweetheart, I so can relate to all you are saying. I am grateful for Jady and other mamas like her who let us peek into their days and we can be inspired to do better! I have 5 also and I can never stay on track. I am such a mess. I really feel like I am failing them so often but I know the Lord gives us the strength to continue.

Videos can be misleading just like social media. I doubt everyday is perfect. I have one child and it’s joy always fun like this. Sometimes school setting in the home isn’t always the best.

Plan a hands on activity folder for those days. And get ready to do some yourself. Could be outside trail walking (who dont enjoy a walk) or a fill a bucket with craft for those days. Do some cool fact reading and test them with questions. I had figured they love to know wierd stuff like animals no body heard or why it can snow and rain at the same time. Movies with history. Adjust according to your childs age.

This is what a super heroine looks like. You make it look simple but it's not. Can we celebrate people who do this cos this work will yest every virtue and vice in a mom. God bless you. I pray these babies remember your sacrifices for them and become the biggest pride for you.❤❤❤

I love you Jady! It's because of you that I am now homeschooling my children. I'm in Eswatini, Africa and homeschooling is a very foreign concerpt in these parts of the world and it has been a challenge for me to keep going but I'm determined to make it work. Thank you for always showing me that it is possible, even with limited means. God bless you bless you and your family abundantly! ❤

Do your children go to a regular school? If not, how they get degrees? I am from algeria. Here homeschooling doesn't exist.
@thriving_adel
@thriving_adel Жыл бұрын
No they don't go to regular school and at the moment they are still young, as my oldest is 9. I'm learning as I go and I believe I will figure it out as we go because it's not something done much here. It's the best decision I made for my four children whose bond is getting stronger every day, and I get to be with them and nurture them.

Jada you are awesome! I started watching your videos in 2017 after I got married, I was praying about raising my children God’s way while in the military. When I fell in your very first videos it had like a few hundred view at the time, but they were so powerful. I told my husband I wish many people heard from you! You inspired me to homeschool and I started training my boy as soon as he could understand. He was potty trained early, reading letter sounds by 2 and words by 3. He is 5 now and I am blessed because of your videos. May the Lord continue to bless you. He asked me the other day if he could send you a video, so you could see what he does😂. I told him I don’t know how that will work but I will ask you. He washes clothes, dishes, does his math, teaches his siblings, and above all loves preaching the Good News. If you don’t ever get to see his video, it is ok, but I hope you read this message of gratitude and that the Lord will bless you and your amazing family for this beautiful lifestyle choose in Jesus’ name.❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏❤️❤️

Such a beautiful family and life. I found you a couple of years ago. Today this video was inspirational to me. I feel in a hard season with the house and now the joy of the garden in the warm season, all our pets, homeschool and being on my own during the week due to my husband's job. My three boys struggle with dyslexia, the oldest is almost 12, I wish we could cover more academics. They are learning so many life lessons though. I love seeing into your day as mom. So many youtubers show their morning and what time they rise and get to work. No one ever talks about bedtime routine and what time they the mom get in bed and go to sleep. I think this is where I struggle and would love encouragement and inspiration because my husband works kind of an odd schedule. Would love to see more into your day as mom! Love your channel!

Jady! You are amazing and are doing such an outstanding job as a mother and teacher! As easy as it seems to everyone watching, I KNOW it's hard work and effort that you put 24/7 even when the kids are asleep! My problem is DEALING WITH THE BURNOUT.. wow, I get overwhelmed and become such a miserable mom. In order to address that, I take steps back to lessen the burden on all of us- BUT that makes us slack a bit or get behind or lose track of our routines. What is the best way you've been able to handle that burnout phase when it hits? Or how do you figure out which areas you back off from and which ones to keep? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have been there too as a single mother everything relies on you. Everything has to do with balance, prioritizing the most important things on the days that you feel more fatigued. For me the two main areas that I consider important love and discipline, I see them as foundations for what your are building within them!
