My name is Crosby and I am a freelancer and blogger currently working remotely and traveling the USA in a travel trailer with my boyfriend, Dylan! After a few corporate jobs throughout college, I quickly realized that the 9-5 lifestyle wasn’t for me. So I built up my freelance business, saved a bunch of money, and went on a 2-month Colorado road trip where I lived in my car while traveling and working remotely. I was in Sedona over Memorial Day Weekend 2023 and had an absolute blast. I laughed when I saw you both in the Safeway grocery store. I went there a few times to get food to cook in the Air BNB. Also in that same shopping center where the Safeway is there is a really good donut/coffee shop called Sedonuts. On my last day in Sedona, I went over there and bought a few more to take back on the plane. 🤣 Also what is Dylon’s Drone channel? I’m a Drone Pilot as well.

Fun fact when your in the cold ALWAYS start the car and let it wait, this makes it warm up the engine and the oil so it’ll work more efficiently

I LOVE SEDONA!! Wish we lived closer.. I'd love to take my camper out there, but it would end up needing to be a week long trip to be able to stay out there just for a few nights!

When I was in Sedona over Memorial Day weekend 2023, I couldn’t access any of the more popular trails because of how crowded everything was and traffic just getting around Sedona was horrible. I still had a blast and can’t wait to come back but just not over a holiday weekend.

It’s an outdoor rug for camping! You can find them at a ton of places; we got a cheap one from home goods and will probably need a new one soon haha

Looks fun and relaxing, thanks. I have been in the southwest for a few years and mostly Arizona, but waiting out the pandemic which will be over for me on Monday will full vaccine protection effective on that day. Out of habit, I looked for another rental that's private and got it for 3 more months, in Arizona. It would have been better to get something in Phoenix, a room, but I'm locked in and will enjoy rural south Arizona. I love the warmth, being pretty thin. I have cold feet below 70F so desert SW it is.

I got two questions. When RVing where do you go to dispose of trash? And secondly in your time on the road so far how has the kitchen in the 17MKE been to use daily? I'm 20 and with the housing crisis I have seriously been considering an RV to purchase and that Grand Design honestly has more usable kitchen space than many 30 foot RV's I've seen. Big RV's are nice. But as a first time buyer I don't want to buy a giant 5th wheel and be too scared to drive it haha.

We dispose of trash at campsite dumpsters and trash cans at gas stations. As for the kitchen, it’s amazing for daily use - we’ve had no problems at all with it so far and have used it pretty much every day for 2 months!
