As someone who had 5 cats in my house for many years, those lidded corner litter trays are great. But yes, we had to remove the flap as one of my boys would not get in with it on. Grim as it kinda sounds, if vuoi have to move his box -I wouldn’t - pop a couple of scoops of the litter he’s used (not made a mess on, but that’s been in his regular box..) in with the new litter box. He’ll pick up his own scent and hopefully transition easier. Hope all that made sense!

Hi Jess, I bought mdf shelves and instead of just one shelf in my cupboards I’ve got 2, 3 if you count the base of the cupboard. You can buy the shelf bracket pins that go into the side of the cupboard, it’s amazing how much more space I have

Hi Jess, maybe consider changing your stand up fridge and freezer to under counter ones. Extend the work top space and add 2 wall cupboards. I have undercounted appliances and have loads of storage in my small kitchen. Billy will find his litter tray and having 2 is a really nice way to introduce that change. Right, back to the rest of the video 😁

Actually that’s quite a good idea! Only thing is the ironing board is hidden down the side of the fridge, and I’m not sure where else I could hide it 😂😂😂 have been thinking of getting a steamer instead though so that could be an option!

Hi jess i bought the dulux once eggshell paint for my door frames but it ended up like gloss paint took 16 hrs to dry too think they put the wrong label on the tin lol but at least its hard wearing lol i hate painting but it has to be done x

Might be an obvious reason why not, but how about putting a new wall cupboard in your kitchen in the corner? It looks like there’s a gap between the ones you have and the kitchen window wall but it may not be as big as it looks in real life. Loving the DIY, you’ve just cracked on and you’re doing a great job! Xx

You are very smart about cat psychology. I did not know about some of these behaviors. It's a shame you can't have his tray in an enclosure outside in his play area then you could have all of your cupboards but I don't know what issues it would bring up or if Billy would accept it. I love your videos with Billy, he is truly the most interactive cat I've ever seen. Have a great week!

I use puppy training pads in my cats tray you can get about 40 in b&m or pound shop for about £5 because he hates the litter under his lil paws 🌺

Or take litter from his downstairs one, and mix it into the new one. Only time will tell how he adjusts! If he doesn't already toilet outside an alternative tray there would be a good option, his old one most likely. Good to know he knows where the bath is already at a push 😊 x

Totally agree billy has had some big changes already and cats get used to where the original tray was and unfortunately sometimes will still go there even if no tray anymore

Hey! Sure I’ll pop it below, though there’s no exact measurements as we mainly just ‘eyeball’ it! I just put the beans straight on to boil, for roughly 90 minutes, just until you can squash it with your fingers! Fry red onion in palm oil Add in cooked beans Add in your chilli peppers Add 2 maggi cubes and one Knorr chicken seasoning cube Add some water to loosen off a bit Stir and cook until the consistency looks similar to what ours did! A proper recipe is one by ‘chef Lola’s kitchen’ if you google ‘Nigerian beans recipe’ it’s the first one that comes up (ewa riro)
