I'm going to make a long one to put down the center of my dining room table. I can do a seasonal display on it or food and I think it will look so nice if it's elevated a bit

One thing I will advice you on, is too google for organic products to add to your garden. There are certain soaps and oil sprays you can use to gard against leaf rot and blosson rot. Also some that do keep garden pests away!

For the potting shed: I have a tin trough with a lid (you can use a regular storage bin) to pour my soil bags in. Then I can scoop soil so much easier than loose bags that never stay open. Game changer. Also looks nicer and is easier to store.

I do a load of laundry from start to finish each day. What works for me is putting all of the dirty laundry in the washer before bed and setting my washer on a delay timer, so it kicks on at 8 AM the next morning. Then, the clothes don’t get stinky from sitting wet overnight and I don’t have to remember anything in the morning.I have a reminder on my phone at 10 AM to switch it to the dryer, and another reminder at lunchtime to pull them out and/put away. Game changer!

We (mainly my husband) just painted our kitchen with the Beyond Paint All-In-One in Linen. It matches the backsplash and countertop. It turned out beautifully. Time will tell if it holds up, but we are loving it! Thanks for the advice.

I seriously want those great raised beds! I'm quite a few years older with a bad... everything! Lol! But being on a tight budget I really need to basically find the right type of wood and make them ourselves. I know cedar does not rot, but aren't there other woods that are also safe from weather?

Something that has helped me a lot with my laundry is using the delay wash function on my washer. I set the laundry to wash while I’m out, but to be ready or spinning out just as I get home (or when I know I will have time to put it in the dryer), that way it’s not sitting for hours and getting stinky.

You might like to use the delay wash feature on your washing machine so that it starts early before you get up and when you get up all you have to do is pull the wash out of the machine and put it in the dryer. You don’t have to worry about starting the wash yourself in the morning I love to do it this way.

I do my seedlings in wicking trays (trays you bottom water from). They do really well. I find if you follow the package directions, you’re good to go. Also only plant what you can harvest, don’t few you need to use the whole package of seeds, it’s too many plants. Use what you will use, save the rest. Plan for predators. Deer and rabbits are an issue for us in VA, so fenced in garden is a must. When something fails, shake it off, learn what you did wrong and start again. Happy planting!

Looks like my comment was deleted from your last gardening video! My tip is to use a garden journal to track the plants in your garden. You can use it to track varieties of plants, pest problems and solutions, feeding (organic fertilizers), planting date, harvest date and harvest production either by quantity (zucchinis) or by weight (tomatoes). This helps you to determine how much of each plant to grow the next season. It's also good to keep track of what you planted in each raised bed so you can rotate crops from year to year.
