We (my boss) sells full blood wagyu, I help out. He’s found he has to sell it as box beef to get the high per/carcass $$, folks have a hard time ponying up $6000ish for a full cow. The higher quality wagyu vs angus is there but customers don’t understand it till they taste it, it’s worth the money for the buttery flavor if you’re buying beef in bulk anyways
