we are SO glad we moved to Metchosin back in the late 1980s. It has been a real adventure building up our little farm and learning a lot about farming and the farmers' lives. We learned so much from observing various farmers around Metchosin and gained a real appreciation for what farmers do. ❤

Thank you, Tony ! Wonderfully done! I have driven by this farm for 30+ years living just up the road from it and could only imagine what it was like. Now I know and it’s absolutely amazing! This video gave me a warm and soft, fuzzy feeling, just like the sheep!!❤

Very Well done, Tony and Ethan! Thank you! I share your admiration for the Buchanans and cherish them as neighbors. And of course, I followed their work from a fair distance. But your video gives so much mor detail on what they are doing, how they are doing it and what they accomplish. And not only that! It is such a declaration of love of Metchosin, which Chris and i share completely. Thank you, thank you, thank You! Jochen

Tony - this is a masterpiece of videography and storytelling! You certainly put a lot of work into making this film and the editing is exceptional. I watched the whole video - it was like watching a TV documentary. I really hope this video gets seen by many locals here - it will teach them how hard it is to run a farm in today's world and what is going on right on their doorstep. My wife and I worked on a sheep farm in New Zealand for a while - this brought back some fond memories. Your film also highlights how lucky we are to be living in such a beautiful part of the world. 40:15 brought tears to my eyes ❤❤ Thank you Tony

Work Sleep Repeat... Is that the name of the song around the 8 minute mark? First time I heard it but it's lovely. Could you add the title/artist to your description or a pinned comment? Thank you & farm on 🤠
