Ballet only "Looks Easy" because of all of the hard work and practice one has to do to to give it that illusion. So the other night this past week I was watching an interview with...Twyla Tharp of the American Ballet Theater and the release of her new book. Quite the story, quite the professionalism of the Art of Ballet. So she recommends that people of any age, including those in their 80's take up this Art Form to stay healthy and not "rust out" from old age. Meaning you lose elasticity in your muscles. Always an inspiration to watch this channel as well as a few others about ballet.
