i've heard that big law can be hellish because of how unpredictable the hours are. i'm sure that there is truth to that but it relieves me to see you so happy!!! it's reassuring that there are good days in this industry, too. my dream is to become a lawyer as well. get it girl, you're an inspiration

Thank you!! It certainly has its days no doubt and sometimes there is more balance and other days there’s none. I also work in a regional market so it’s not as intense as NY and those types of states.

Hi there! One thing you can do is remember your “why” to get motivation for overcoming challenges. Know that any adversity you face isn’t the end all be all. No journey will be perfect and easy but you do have the ability to reach your goals. Also focus on the positives and accomplishments or skills that complement your journey. I have a video on my legal journey and you’ll see that it didn’t start out the best. That is normal and totally OK! Sending you peace and good vibes ☺️

Hi! Yes that is true. I don’t have any experience with in house as I’ve only worked at firms but oncw your in a firm with experience - the opportunities increase significantly. If you want to go straight through you may seek internships during law school.
