I’ve ordered some items that have hanging strings. I usually just cut them off if possible. As far as holes, I’ve only encountered that twice. I immediately contact the vendor and provide photos. They don’t typically provide a refund. But they’ll give me a discount on a future order. Some have refunded me for the cost of the damaged item.

Depends on what I’m purchasing. If it’s something I’ve never sold or from a vendor I’ve never shopped with I just get one pack. If it’s a style I’ve had before or something I know for a fact my customers will love I get 2-4 packs or just get it in multiple colors. As far as shipping, do you mean shipping it to my customers or shipping it to me?
