Ive been wanting to have a Ranch ever since my 10th class when I worked with animals, feeding, pulling weeds and grain I enjoyed that, just getting your hands dirty and you can make a living off of it instead of an office job and sitting all day. This is my dream

I think it’s amazing and courageous how you 3 show in your videos your faith, along with your farming. Those are 2 controversial issues this day and age. Keep doing what you’re doing. I think your videos are just awesome. God Bless.

I can't say i've seen faith being controversial 'this day an age'. Sure, some people, like myself don't subscribe to the idea of an imaginary feller in the skies, but I don't really think those people (like myself) give a shit at all.

Thanks for all your efforts posting your videos. I learn a lot watching these types of videos. I just started a cattle ranch. I started with an empty field in October 2020 and now have 20 acre with 26 head counting the new calves. I had to add electric and a well and then added cattle. I just had twin bull calves! Very exciting.

Sometimes if you let the medicine/Vax get to a higher temperature than it should be and don’t check it could be useless and now help the cow. Some medicines also can if they are at an unhealthier part of their life, it could be too strong for the cow and end em

@@PetersonFarmBros So.......thats called pasture ? For that many animal...and the quality ? More like dried straw ! So ranchers just allow the cows to keep trampling whats remaining.....and ask........wheres the feed for the cattle ?????? Jerry worry about your own pastures buddy. I can only imagine you and your peddle tractor out there wishing you were one of the hard working fellas
@jerrylansbury95583 жыл бұрын
@@scottfed3878 Rotational grazing is not " hard working " thats why " some " farmers do it. Its easy. Sometimes people just make life difficult . I parked my " peddle tractor " a long time ago. Allow the cows to do the work.
@anastasiarauch41403 жыл бұрын
They probably feed them hay....the grass is still growing from winter. Where do you put your cows when the grass dies? Do you not feed them hay? That looks like many pastures I've seen. Some people don't have tons of space to do rotational grazing and considering they are moving the cows to a pasture with more grass that tells me they are rotational grazing.

Don't get me wrong, I worship famers, my mom and her family had their small farm snd I remember feeding chickens at age three,,,but I really think farmers should switch from a animal husbandry to agriculture, globally, for all the reasons we already know. God will help
@peterjones32263 жыл бұрын
Corn and soybeans is not the answer to sustainable agriculture there are hundreds of millions of Acres more suited to meat production. You're going to find that out when fertilizer prices are $1,000 a ton next year. And Roundup for some reason is not available. But don't worry, the bank will be more than happy to take your land in exchange for your outstanding liabilities. Oh but they wouldn't do anything like that would they

@jerrylansbury95583 жыл бұрын
@@lowellwalter9420 And have nothing for the cattle to eat....at the end of the year.......they have no idea where the cattle are. Thus......required to brand them.
