Day in the Life of a Digital Marketing Manager 👩🏻‍💻 | Working From Home

This video is one of my very first attempts at making KZbin videos and I never imagined it to be as popular as it is. At the time of filming this video, I did not think that what I share would pose any issues but later on in 2020 I had to unlist the video due to privacy reasons. As of January 2021, the video is live again but with blurs in certain scenes where I share my screen. For new viewers who will come across this video as of Jan 16: I believe you will still find lots of value in watching this video despite the blurred sections so I have decided to publish it in this edited version. I am a Digital Marketing Mgr too - with a UK listed company. Working in Asia. I feel working for others getting a 5 digit is more stable but so boring compared to working for yrself. You are so inspiring taking all the risks and growth working for yourself for multiple clients. Other than Hubspot I also use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to run my drip campaigns. I was not majored in marketing instead in IT languages and cloud computing before I dip my toes in the Marketing World I had the misconception that marketing people are just flamboyant without actual ROI but since the age of Digital Marketing every movement from prospects are analysed and accounted for. It blew my mind what marketers do! Thks for sharing - you are so beautiful and voice so soothing! :D

It's really interesting to have an external perspective of what an Inbound Marketer does on a daily basis. Being a Marketer myself has been overlooking some of the plannings I do to get some campaigns running successfully. The language is totally relatable to me obviously but also explains how it could be alien to most others and explains how tiring those meetings would be. I’m excited to find this Where do I begin so many questions I have just partnered with a marketing agency, where I serve both as a digital marketer consultant and a business development strategist! I FINALLY! have the freedom of working from home which has been a dream. I am bouncing back from massive depressive season, so I’m not only bouncing back in the industry but also in life. The biggest challenge is balancing my time since I tend to be a workaholic when faced with projects but tend to be I don’t want to say lazy nigh that’s the only thing that comes to mind when projects are down (how do I balance work personal life so that when projects are down I’m able to learn something in the time. Problem is I’m always too burnt out)
