I love your content man! It's good to hear raw truths. The stuff that everyone seems to gleam over. I have my own ambitions but one of your videos caught my attention. It was about keeping pace with technology. Since then, I've made a habit of submitting code once a day and not recreating the wheel. The only thing I spend sufficient time on is future-proofing and scalability.

Everyone claims their rights and victimize themselves, instead of getting together, and forget for the moment about the color, sex orientation, religion, disability. @@filiperss9388 Exactly what I was hoping for and to hear too there Filiperss...I mean yeah he makes a whole ton of sense which was I like and love him and his channel, but at the same time millionaires sincerely don't need to tell others about not posting their status updates behind their backs here through KZbin by telling them not to post them by complaining about them finding them useless...It's a sign of Disrespect plus not to mention on top of that that it's also very publicly shown on this current video such as the two sentenced status updates that either has to do with work or weekly plans if not for the weekend so it's outrageous and furiating to others that he's even doing this while he also doesn't neccessarily have to mention and brag about the part where he talked about other people's relationships with their families and or parents if not spouse or in laws...Truth be told that depending on the reason if that's really even the case, well there's also a lot of Abusive parents out there while the power of their words will also only reflect on who they were as a person back in High School and Elementary School and not just College and University along with Middle School such as a Jerk or some sort of Jackass...But it can also Determine and Depict about weather or not their Teenage or Young Adult Child in their 20's and early plus mid 30's may and might even commit suicide or take their very own life when not Believed in while telling the truth to their parents which is also pretty sick and disgusting, so let me just be very clear and break this down for everyone here on KZbin Filiperss...The only people in this world of any age group who should and shall ever be so angry, furious, outraged or even Frustrated if not just Upset are the people who are more than most likely considered to be what's commonly Frequently called what's known to be ("Victims") of abuse so the fact that he's actually using words like Immature on his videos is not only Stupid and Rediculous, but it's also a sign of ("Disrespect") and Privacy Invasion...He may always be one of my Favourite KZbins, but at the same time as Sincerely Sorry about him getting fired from Facebook as I may be who has mild autism and a mild learning disability...Well please learn to mind your own business and start being ("RESPECTFUL") since actually being ("Respectful") and Understanding is what's most more Important here.!!! I happen to be a North American of Asian Canadian Heritage but over at the same time I've never seen people act so Rediculously and Silly...Other Families issues don't have anything to do with you even if you've had before yourself, it's not like they're biologically blood related to you and I've actually been meeting a lot of really nice and Thoughtful People this during 2022 and over the past years too.!!!

@@ArsonHQ I think you completely overthought my "two word sentence". I said - 8 months ago - that his life was "amazingly awful", since the work enviroment in facebook (meta) is toxic and fake. Imagine working on a job where you can be yourself, you need to have a fake persona to comply with all the pro-minority events, all performance "posts" and bullshit that comes with it. You can't focus on the job (even if its motivating and interesting) just because of HR / Management wants to pass the view of a "big company that works like a family".

The Political atmosphere definitely looks like a huge turn off. Any company who's culture basically requires you to have a specific political tilt to fit in; or from what I can tell at FB, - even be able to be yourself at all without the fear of termination; is about a half step away from being a cult.

Rory Dorman that is because Asians generally are scared to speak up about anything. It’s good in that in doesn’t get them in trouble by rubbing anyone the wrong way. “A nail that sticks up gets hammered in”. except for tech lead that talks a lot on KZbin. Bad in that Asians don’t get credit or noticed for characteristics to get an upper management position
