Thanks for the informative discussion with traders who came out of the institutional world and were able to transition into retail. I would think that to be a huge hurdle and the fact that not only did the leadership make that transition but they have been able to influence those who trade under them. And the key to the whole thing, as we all say all the time is that risk management is the key.

Checked their programs, they're ok but nothing special. The leading firms have no daily drawdown, just a static one related to initial balance. And the old MT4 is of course replaced by MT5 nowadays.

Drawdown for most would be 5% or less, it all depends on how much you risk. Risk 1% or less, say 0.5%, this means you can lose 10 trades before losing the account.

Great information and nicely covered, but one small remark, the speaker has a strong British English accent, which is normal for the British people but challenging for the non-Britishers! Try to speak a little bit with an American English accent because in that way you are making it easy for all your audience worldwide. By the way, I am NOT an American.
