Honestly the most down to earth thing is how much he cares about his family and his health. The house looks lived-in, there's a home gym just blatantly in the living room, he has spaces for child-play and pets, and he's not afraid to show them all messy to the camera. My parents are rebuilding their house and I was the only one free to work with the architect and I noticed some random stuff/info you might find interesting! That neo-rest TOTO toilet bowl at 4:23 retails for 21k SGD here in Singapore, I loved it but unfortunately my parents vetoed it saying nobody has it so it must be bad. I'm going to show them this video and hopefully change their minds! For his sound system setup, the giant beoplay button looking thing in his foyer area is a couple grand but what is really crazy is the fact that he has so many full home theatre systems set up! At 10:30 in the bottom right of the screen, he has the older B&O home theatre setup that the store in Singapore was trying to off-load. Even then, it still retails at about 25k including a really ugly looking subwoofer that sits on the floor. The other system he has mounted to the wall and next to his TV is the newer sound system with the subwoofer built into the base of the 2 stands (the cone things that are sticking out of the wall are the subwoofers). The cool part about that is that the wood slats on those speakers actively close inward and open outward depending on the type of audio required, that and the built in subwoofer makes it literally worth every cent! That foldable speaker/soundbar setup is also marketed as a standalone full home audio setup but lets be honest, it's at best half a sound system. The beolab 90s that he has upstairs absolutely blows the 2.5 systems he has in his living room out the water! Unfortunately, they look kinda funky... What also looks funky but is a great conversation starter, is a circular looking controller that produces the most satisfying clicks when turned to adjust settings/volume. You should definitely let this guy know so he can get it too, he would love it for sure!!! Sadly, you didn't elaborate on his kitchen set-up, the kitchen appliances are also a huge area where people spend ridiculous amounts of money. I noticed he has the liebherr fridges concealed so he must not know of this whole culinary world! When I found out about all these when given the run down by the architects/designers, my mind was truly blown. My personal favorite and the one we settled upon is the vzug brand, where possible they use stainless steel so it really gives the fridge a huge umph factor! The oven too is super cool with it's handle-less design. Makes the dry kitchen look extremely sleek and cool!

Someone notice those insane Bang and Olufsen speakers! I was jumping around in my bed when I saw his living room setup, 4 freaking Beolab 28 and the Beoplay tv! Then he showed the Beolab 90, the creme de la creme of speakers! I was amazed and excited because someone has my dream setup LOL.
