Interesting to see how different national teams train on a daily basis. Some train together every day. Others only get together occasionally while each member trains at his/her home club on a daily basis. GB team's daily practice seems to be very programmed and packed tightly.

your randoris, how instense are they? like what % of shiai level intensity? 80%? 30%?

The intensity of our randori sessions change, depending on lead up to comp, quality of players etc. but most of the time as intense as possible.

Great stuff. But horrible way to cut an apple. Lay it down flat and cut it from the skin side. Good luck
