Interesting to see how different national teams train on a daily basis. Some train together every day. Others only get together occasionally while each member trains at his/her home club on a daily basis. GB team's daily practice seems to be very programmed and packed tightly.

your randoris, how instense are they? like what % of shiai level intensity? 80%? 30%?

The intensity of our randori sessions change, depending on lead up to comp, quality of players etc. but most of the time as intense as possible.

I want to get my daughter into judo but I don’t want her to become butch and heavy topped all the girls round my area that did judo all had wham backs
