💬1988（昭和63）年に開業の屋台ラーメン「八ちゃん」。
屋台の車は、大将の前職である鍛冶屋や鉄鋼業の経験を生かして1ヶ月をかけて改造して作ったそうです。
午後11時から深夜営業ですが、朝から仕込みを開始して、弱火でじっくり出汁を煮込んでいるそうです。チャーシューも大将の自家製です。

きちんと水道もあるし洗剤っぽいのも見られる ここの屋台は良く指摘される衛生面も問題無いように見える 屋台を残していくためにはこういう改善は必要だしアピールもいるだろうな 屋台が続けていけて様々な価値観のお客さんが安心出来るように国や保健所も協力して頑張って欲しいと思う
