Dental hygienist here! Have him try equal parts peroxide and water to clean invisalign or any retainers after treatment. The effervescent tabs can sometimes crack/damage the trays. Can't beat peroxide to kill bacteria!

I just found this cool book cook once eat all week. It’s all gluten free and so far we have loved all of the dinners and it’s very budget friendly. It’s an hour prep for three different dinners using three of the same ingredients. It’s helping be find a better way to meal plan!!

Thank you for giving me the inspiration for the yogurt bark! My son has a metabolic condition which requires a strict low protein diet so he can’t have pretty much anything but fruits, veggies, and some gluten free bread products and dairy alternatives only because he’s still small enough to eat a small amount. But only thing he can have is coconut yogurt and I have yogurt I’m going to use to try and make him his own yogurt! I hope it turns out well being that it’s not as thick as Greek yogurt but hopefully something he can look forward to! 😊

How often do you actually get to go workout? I find this to be the hardest thing to work into my schedule. I EVEN DO IT FROM HOME! We have a mini home gym in our garage. LOL. I work from home and I'm my youngest gets out of school at 10:45. I just can't seem to motivate myself to get up and ready before getting him and then by the time I get him I have the rest of my day to think about. LOL. It's frustrating.
