Wow, Britt, it was so great to find you. ❤ I am also currently building my own social media marketing agency and I had to fire two people last week :( It was so hard, but the quality of work they were delivering was low and I had to let them go. It isn't easy balancing clients, and employees while building your agency AND doing actual social media marketing work, but I love every bit of it!
