Hi sweetie! Greetings from mx. I recommend you to smash two bananas, add 1 cup of oat meal flour, 1/2 cup of almond milk and some stevia (a pinch) then mix it super well. You want to get a consistency that is similar to cupcake or hotcake batter. Then pour it on a cup cake tray, finally add some chocolate chunks on the top of the muffins. Previously greased and then they go to the oven for 20 min at 140 celsius. And voila! you have healthy delicious cup cakes :3

Being Software Engineer, I really like watching videos about Day in the Life software working in different tech companies. It kind of gives an idea about how different engineers do their work-life balance while WFH. Especially, Working as SWE in LA ❤️. But one piece of suggestion, I would like to give is please avoid papers for taking notes or organizing the TODO of your whole Day. Instead, use Notion(www.notion.so/) it's a really cool app to take notes or write anything. Go Paperless 😊
