Thank you so much for this video! This was SO HELPFUL! I am a teacher of 27 years and I will be interviewing next week for the role of An Education/Training Specialist, but at A CREDIT UNION. I am excited about the opportunity to transition my transferable skills of teaching and coaching in the field of education to this new field of banking. I would like to know how long did it take you to improve your salary to over 100,000 annually and are their any tips you can share with me to help me land this position? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I love this for you. I hope your interview goes well. For me, it took 9 months to go from $48000 to $165,000 but for some people it takes a bit longer and several job changes. In this market, I'd honestly take any salary for the time being and then jump ships later ;)
