I have made another video where I explained about carb counting and just how a diabetic’s life is like: kzbin.info/www/bejne/nZabk4qqrN95hpYsi=mbGyopnpLxfTJ51O and I’ll try posting more to help but the key is to eat as healthy and less sugar or high carbs food while balancing the right dosage of insulin with it and staying as active as possible even working out 6-7 days a week is completely fine for type 1 diabetics

Hi Diya, hope you are doing great! I understand about you writing the glucose levels in your journal but here's a tip that I got to know about this later too in my life. Its that you can have your glucometer connect to a laptop pc and by installing the Accuchek desktop software you will be able to get all the data, sugar logs with time stamps over the past and you can also get the graphs and bigger picture about the Glucose levels. These are really helpful for self analysis and doctor's analysis even at a glance! Hope it helps you as it did me too! Have a great day diya! 🙌

In the morning first thing i take my insulin And wait for 15-25 minutes after that i eat a fruits 🍉 3-4 different type of fruits the reason to put my insulin before 25 min that I doesn’t increase my level in lunch i eat i eat 1 plate salad 🥗 and after salad 🥗 i eat my normal lunch 🍱 i used to take and dinner is same I doesn’t use my any kind animal food and processed food etc i. cook 👩‍🍳 fresh and eat fresh

What diabetics have to do is push the FDA to fast track the trials that Sernova Corp has going. They have 3 people who are insulin free, one lady has been insulin free for over two years and counting. 2023 is going to be a great year for diabetics and Sernova

Anti rejection medicine have to be taken, better to work on the cause n rectify it , in My case Chicken Pox Virus and Vitamin D Deficiency main culprit. For killing Herpes Virus no options available in any medical science only vaccine much similar to Corona Virus once infected the vaccine will save U if not vaccinated then face problems much similar to Polio, reports are coming after corona virus many childrens were diagnosed with T1D.

my last hba1c was 6.6 and usually I feel like a lot of people mess up on the quantity of food so maybe there is a mismatch in the carb count and the amount of insulin you are injecting :)

@@deepakvijay2049 the best is to be under 8 but it's ok I get it cuz I used to struggle with high hba1c too I mean I still do sometimes. Try to reduce the quantity of carbs and increase the insulin dosage and exercise everyday without fail! Consulting a doctor for the insulin dosage and dietary requirements is important too :)
