Got to give it to Aljo man. After the first fight with Petr he got so much hate and ridicule. Any man could've have crumbled under that kind of pressure. But you stayed calm and proved everybody wrong. I was just so happy for you man when you won the belt, silencing all the haters. It was the ultimate flex ! It’s funny you drop a video as soon as I finish my workout and about to finish up in the sauna. Just what the doctor order. I was just telling myself mentally 50 push-ups everyday off the wake up. Hit the gym and make sure I do myself a service and hit 10 pull-ups before I leave. You never know when these fundamentals will play a factor in life. Pulling and pushing. Much love funk master thank you for the knowledge and inspiration man. Go crush the camp. I’m betting on you fuck the oddsmakers man. The toughest challenges breed diamonds.

@@BadselS I haven't heard of that one before brother. Honestly, I enjoy it after a workout to relax and meditate. Helps me lower the heart rate. He isnt 135 in these clips. He only ever truly weighs 135 for 1 night and that’s when he’s cutting all his water weight and dehydrating himself to step on that scale and weigh 135. He’s like 155-160lbs in these clips and during fight night probably 150lbs or so.
