Hi! Would u consider remote jobs to be more eassy / effective than traditional on site ones?

I think it depends on the type of job + the person! For me, I'm most effective working from home. I wouldn't consider it "easy" compared to doing the same job in office - it's the same output, I can just work during the times I function best rather than being boxed into set office hours. I'm heavily introverted though & I know plenty of extroverts who benefit more from being in office, doing the same job I do! I can imagine there are plenty of jobs where working from home would be difficult or cumbersome, though (like if your job requires machinery/equipment or frequent collaboration with a team).
