Hi everyone! Today I am talking about a "Day in the Life" as an OT in the inpatient rehab setting. I will be doing a series of these videos so subscribe so you can follow along. Need clarification, do patients that are able to perform their personal care need to be observed by OT while they are showering etc. before discharge?

What did you major in to become an OT? And what OT program did you attend?

I don't know about her, but Human Services is the major for becoming a case manager, probation officer, family and marriage therapist, and an Occupational Therapist (OT). You should definitely look into Human Services major!

You can major in anything to become an OT! All that matters is getting the pre-requisite courses and shadowing hours done to apply :)
