Swati loved this vlog. I have outsourced most of the tasks that you mentioned in your video and I know you have consciously chosen not to. Maybe when my younger one starts going to school, I will be actively thinking about reclaiming some of these tasks especially cooking. Meanwhile, you may want to use this as a video idea as a lot of Indian woman choose to delegate a lot of homemaking tasks and if you could talk a little bit to that and what your thought process is, what you delegate and what you don’t and why. ❤

Such a lovely holiday destination . True even 2 days are enough to recharge one’s batteries . Loved the idli Upma with veggies ( what do you refer to it as ?) Now I’m inspired to add soy , chilli , tomato sauce and spring onions along with veggies .. to give it a Chinese twist ! And the Kala chana & paratha’s were sooo yummy looking . I’d just finished with dinner but I was hungry again . And Sunday breakfast will be the aloo methi paratha . Boiled aloo just now . Planning on a chutney & raita to go with .
