YW, as far as pricing it’s hard to say. You need to take into consideration all of your business operating expenses when pricing jobs and being profitable. Rule of thumb is to have a minimum price for your services. Example minimum price for a house wash $350 no matter how small it is, but have a minimum price per sqft the houses are larger than the $350 such as $0.20-0.30 sqft. The same pricing concept goes with roof washing but different $ amount. $500 minimum because it’s dangerous and uses more chemicals and charge some in the e $0.30-0.50 range for roofs. You’ll just have to trial those prices in your area to see what works you may be able to get even more than that.

I turn my ar45 down to 100 psi. Shoots decently far and minimizes runoff. I did a 3k sq ft roof today in 1 hour 18 minutes. Plust 45 minutes talking with the customer lol. All from the ladder no roof walking. Way to steep for that. Now the wind was bout as still as it gets lol.

5/8” soft jet and the he p40 is ok, it’s limping by . It does have a lead on the head, that I can’t get stopped. I’m probably wouldn’t buy it again and get the AR45

Best I remember I think I used about 12-15 gallons on the first roof and house combined. I think I used about a total of 25-30 for the whole day.

Honestly I’m not sure 😂, the metering valve was all the way open on the first roof and partially cracked on the second one. My soap tank is like 16 gallon and they might be one gallon of soap and the rest water
