Great video, Mike. Are you pulling straight from a separate batch tank where you mix your soap and SH, or are you pulling from a manifold setup of some sort? That would be a great follow-up video.

Question about your setup. Do you just plug the whip line from the hose reel that you want to use to the end of bypass? And what does the second ball valve on the end allow you to do?
@TheFreshRinse7 ай бұрын
Yes. I pull out the length of hose I need. The ball valve allows me to turn of the flow of water, so I can connect a long wand or surface cleaner without turning off the machine

Great question Wade. If you need more chem, it’s a great tool to have. Also, it will last much longer than the ball/spring method. I have 2 of them. They come in handy when needing more chem.

@TheFreshRinse8 ай бұрын
@@johnwitt586 I have never tried a 1.5. And I won’t try it with the 8gpm machine. The 1.8 causes a decent amount of engine struggle. The 1.5 would overwhelm my anxiety. LOL

I never thought about that, the way it pulls more chem is by flowing less water, in other words, another way to increase your chem is to throttle down your machine, correct?
@TheFreshRinse8 ай бұрын
Yes. Of course, you won’t be able to shoot as far/high… especially in rinse mode, where it’s most important.
@577buttfan8 ай бұрын
I think it pulls more chem cause the more you restrict the water the more venturi pressure you get at the injector port thus pulling more through that line.Bigger hole less pressure=less suction at the soap port.My guess.
@seattleprowash54648 ай бұрын
y@@TheFreshRinse I noticed that. Actually the 1.8 injector puts my 8gal into bypass mode, does that happen with your 10 gal? And we need every % we can get when it's 40 degrees out with 2 week old SH

Great question: 1. It doesn’t allow much volume, so it doesn’t shoot as high/far… and puts a heavy strain on the motor 2. You stand a greater chance of burning plants. 2.3 I. The hot months is perfect gift me.

If you carry spare injectors and pretty much have to disconnect it anyways to get the orfice out. Why don’t you just have one injector set up in each orfice size?
