SH isn’t to be used on limestone. I’ve noticed that most in the industry are not researching the different types of stone they are cleaning. Look this up if you don’t believe me. Homemade solutions and steam cleaning are two other cleaning methods to avoid. The most common homemade hacks - vinegar, lemon and baking soda - are all very acidic and will damage limestone. Bleach should also be avoided; whilst it is alkaline, rather than acidic, it is still too harsh for natural stone….

Most people will trade a slightly damaged surface of a stone that looks clean and brand new over a stone caked with gloeocapsa magma. Pre-wetting also diminishes the tiny amount of damage that SH could cause

have you actually tried limestone cleaner, i use to sell limestone products at a mill and would have folks come in a buy legit lime stone cleaners.may be a option to look at.

What product was ü using before f9 ? Switching and why?? Thoughts on south east soft wash I think there called own products like southern drawl??

I used gold assassin. Still a good product. And I didn’t switch, like I said I like to try different degreasers out there. They are all mostly the same anyway. And no don’t buy anything south east softwash.

This job was not priced high when you think about the total SQFT and the amount of services included. These guys got a discount.

@@RelaxingMeditationSoundsandBac my first year all my sales came from door knocking. I hit every single middle class or better neighborhood in my town. Now every customer is from referrals or an already existing customer. Haven’t knocked on doors in a a little under a year or so. I’m trying to get to that next level and go from 5 to 6 figures. I’m going into my second year now and currently run zero ads. I’m thinking it’s a necessity in order to make the good bucks.

Where do you get those multi gallon water buckets for chemicals and do you fill them up every day or store the chemicals for days or longer at a time? Curious if the chemicals can eat through the containers after some time or those containers can hold it indefinitely.

For the building washing? No it Dosent get rinsed. The roof cleaning does get rinsed for metal roofs.

From what I saw in your video of the big mansion, plastic was used for the expensive trees and you seemed to have one guy just soaking the vegetation with water, I think?. Is this something you ever worry about on jobs?

Efflorescents is essentially lime stone. The effloresents products are high acidity designed to desolve. This looks like limestone and should not be treated with acid. Hell, it shouldn't even be treated with bleach either.
