Hey Jen, It kinda looks like the apple tree was struck by lightning 🌩. Then, the white tree blooms you were asking about, I thought were maybe pear trees blooms. I was wrong!! (per Google) 😂 🤷🏻‍♀️ So, what about walking across to the son, grandson's house and ask him if he would kindly identify the trees for you. I sure hope you find out what they are some how! 🤔 😊🎉 Good Luck Chic! 🎉

Ooooo nope lol they never cared about anything and a neighbour called him to ask about the septic because I had to have plumbing done and I needed to know where the septic is and what kind etc so I don’t damage the pipes etc … he claims he don’t know anything about the house or property even though he was born and raised here … I’ve been here going on 4 yrs now and never talked to them … the father who lived here was the most hated man … he got rich off exploiting ppl and cutting wages and scamming ppl and also hoarded all his money so he could stay being one of the richest ppl here … the son is apparently nicer and good ppl but could never be bothered with anything that had to do with work or anything in the yard etc … (another reason I can’t wait to move lol would love to be where I have good neighbours that are also likeminded) 💕 I’m going to try again and see if my phone data will work because it’s unlimited and try the picture this app to identify it … I took some clippings and put in water… then tomorrow I’ll dip in rooting powder and plant in soil … an experiment to see if it grows ! I at least got 3 air grafts today … so I’m happy with that so far 💕💕💕 it’s extreme wind here too and winter is harsh … lots of trees get damaged and we also have lightning

​@jenniferoceanhomestead Welllll that is sure sad about the family that built the homestead!! That's no fun having attitudes like that!! "MISERABLE FOLKS" 😷 DANG!! Sorry about that!! How about going to the Clerk Of Court Office where all property sold has the records and over here in Louisiana it's free to look through the books and the clerks (female personnel) offer help. It's located in the Courthouse. NOTE: A MACHETE 🗡 OR AXE 🪓 MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO HAVE ON YOU!! js

🥲🥲🥲last thing I need is choke cherry lol at least the rest were apple lol some of these old mangled up trees are hard to figure out what branch is what ! Thanks for letting me one know 💕

Jennifer, If you get the excavator to tear down the falling building(s), why not have him dig a huge hole and bury all that rubbish? It would probably be cheaper than having dump trucks hall it away. That's what we do here and it's a lifesaver but make sure to check the law their before ya'll begin digging. Good luck, XxxOoo, ☮️ 🕊

That was my 1st thought because that’s what most ppl do here but I wouldn’t know where to do that here because it’s all sloping land and hoping to sell this in fall … excivator charges by the hour so I’d have to pay to dig a huge hole and slowly make a bunch of trips back and forth so if it’s cheaper or the same price I’ll just have it hauled away by dump truck

@jenniferoceanhomestead Yes, sure!! Weigh your pros & cons then decide! My opinion would be to just dig a hole and bury it all than to "worry wart myself" about some large piece of housing falling out the dump truck cause he's stacked it too high up!! GEEZ.....THEN I GET SUED! Lol. Let me stop worrying u.

@@yvonnejuneau3201well the neighbour with the excavator and dump truck has a business so they would sue him not me lol I just pay home some money and it’s all hauled away … my well water is shallow here too … I saw down the well that I sound that’s in my driveway for an outside well I found by accident and it looks about 20 ish feel deep or less … so I always worry about something getting into the water supply … if it won’t cost much for him to dump in his landfill it may be cheaper and I won’t have to worry about it 💕
