Is there a difference on Patient Access Representative II?

@@blancarios4588 It may be considered a “senior” patient access rep. But that is taking on a little bit more, like scheduling more invasive things and sending out referrals for people. I do all check-in/registration, and some easy check-out/scheduling stuff like follow-up appts, physicals, mammograms things like that. But every place is so vast and different depending on where you are! Did you get a job?

@@_teezy Did you go to your interview yet? I’ll be at my same job for a year on May 2nd! But it’s super easy stuff. May seem overwhelming at first but it’s really not bad at all. Ask ANY questions you have!!

@@mbg140897 I did just waiting to hear back. I’m just optimistic. Not sure what to expect long term cuz I’m leaving a pretty comfortable situation at my current job. But the pay could be better
