Hello and thank you for all you do!! I was wondering what attachment that is for the cable matching in minute 3:03? I am always looking for things for my high school son like that and it looks incredibly effective! Thank you again and we love learning from your content!

Good stuff about trusting the firing of the body instead of getting tight and using the arms in the swing.

They sure make a killing off players doing these workouts. Guys are better individual players but if you really know baseball and it’s history, the game itself strategically as a team is not as intelligent. The focus is so much on individual success and not on present moment situations and doing the little things well.

If all the individuals on a team are better, would that not make the team better? I agree that the team always comes first, but player development is a form of helping the team.

Team strategy is way different than individual development. The Rays don’t give a shit if their minor league teams win, but how fast can we get the individual player ready for the big leagues.
