Good clip! For ppl that dont know, just a pinch of salt before you train and then consume a lot of water throughout your day. Theres a fine line between sodium for increased hydration, pumps, and energy, and hypernatremia (too much sodium in your blood). Another tip, try the salt with a cup of juice and a banana 🍌 30-45 minutes before the workout. Carbs, water, salt and potassium will give you crazy muslce pumps and youll feel explosive 💪🏻

Man I'm working towards the day I can casually run 5 miles 🥲
@MrSmooth2533 ай бұрын
Fuck that you can run 3 but you run in sprints then slow down for 30 sec to a min then sprint for 30 seconds and keep doing it. That will help your stamina in the ring running one pace for 5 miles does nothing besides helping you run longer but not box longer when you box it’s in spurts. So it’s best to speed up slow down for a sec then speed back up that’s how you work on your stamina in the ring

Im happy to do 2 miles a few times a week. The path i take has many terrains and portions where i must sprint to avoid fast traffic.

I run like 15 miles a week 3. 1 mile runs a day. Every 2 weeks I’m going to add 0.5 miles if I stay on track if I don’t I restart I’ve been at it for like 4 weeks now and have racked up live 50+ miles however I’ve missed some days so I’m still at 1 mile per run I bet I can do 5 miles tho
