I've been searching "15 month old daily routine" videos out of curiosity! I have a 15 month old. Hinest the ones I've seen have shown really no hard moments! Which us understandable why they wouldn't want to film those if they had any. I'm only a a minute and 45 seconds in to your video and I seriously appreciate you keeping in the breakfast part where they are being a bit fussy about eating! It's so relatable and helps me feel less alone after seeing all these picture perfect daily routine videos where I dont see any fussing and crankyness. So yea really appreciate this!❤❤❤

It will be better soon believe me, my kid is 20 months now, and like, I feel that I understand him more now. He became so sweet and calm. He was exactly like your daughter at her age. Dont give up. It’s really not easy. You’ll get there❤️
@spectomama2 жыл бұрын
I have a toddler the same age as yours, and we have a lot of screaming and that's normal! My advice is to try not to ignore it but embrace their feeling. For example, she doesn't want to change the clothes but you need to change because it's cold or something. While they aren't willing to do that, you can try to say: I know you don't want to change your clothes, but we need to do that because it's cold. Accept their feeling and do what you need to do to make sure that your child is safe. For more you can read about tantrums, positive discipline, accepting the child's feelings, and teaching them to show you when they are upset, happy, mad, sad, etc. Later on, when they learn how to speak, it's easier for them to know that all feelings have their own name and it will be easier to tell you so you can empathize with it. Sending best regards to you and your family. I hope you'll find this comment helpful.

Yes! A mommy morning routine would be awesome especially if it’s before Sagey wakes up. No pressure! 😜 I’ve been wanting to wake up an hour earlier than our 9 month old to have some me-time. you are not alone!!! i think you explained the feelings to the T in how I feel being a new mom, navigating a now toddler… I have found myself putting working out on the back burner and only when “I have time” or “when baby is watched for”.. but you’re totally right, sometimes it does take my husband to tell me to go do my nails or lashes or go to the gym and he’ll watch the baby.. idk it’s hard to explain, but I can relate to your feelings in so many ways!

That is so crazy for me to hear because I know I said it in the vlog but I really wasn’t going to finish vlogging.. I thought this is not going as “planned” but again that’s life and let me tell you I was grumpy! I didn’t show it that much in this vlog but I just had a cloud over me the whole day and I felt like I was just being negative about everything which then I felt bad about. I always find it hard to accept being in a bad mood when in perspective people have it so much worst in the world and I’m here living life in sunny Florida. I’ve learned to realize that even with nice weather, being grateful, good people you still need basic needs like time to rest and reset.

Hey Nicole, I also suffered from bad BO after having my oldest (who's now close to 5). I did tons of research back then how to naturally help myself and found that slicing a thin slice of lemon each morning and simply rubbing each side on a different armpit worked wonders. It totally got rid of the smell (which was strong and potent) as well as decreased the amount of sweat. And I felt good about it being completely natural. Try it and see if it helps you. Good luck 😃

I’m trying to live a healthier lifestyle because since I was in 8th grade, I’ve had guilt when it comes to food. I guess you could call it disordered eating, because I usually end up restricting myself or over-eating because of not eating when I should. I’m now almost 23 & ready to be healthier because it makes me feel good emotionally and physically, along with exercise of course. The other day at work, my coworker was concerned because I sometimes get very tired 🥱 and just out of it. A better diet may help with that if my iron is low. Also I enjoyed this video so far!

So yesterday I blew up. I had such a terrible day & plus my almost 10 month old fell off 2 steps & I ended crying over it and just overwhelmed. I felt so bad. & to top it off I've never had a moment by myself. I have to take 5-10 minute showers, I wake up early each morning, I never leave without baby boy, I feel mom guilt that I even want to, but hearing this gives me relief. I haven't been away from him since I had him, at all! I NEED me time! Eros is on my hip and I'm feeding him chia pudding as he smacks my phone every now and then 😮💨 (your recipe by the way 😅) but I just have to stop letting it happen. I need to be okay and healthy mentally and all to be the best for my baby. I got to stop neglecting me.

This was so touching to hear thank you for sharing it really resonated with me. I hear you mama it’s hard and I feel you with your baby hurting themselves then having major mom guilt! There’s a running joke that sage always hurts herself around me and it’s kind of turned into a joke and the other day I actually told matt that it bothers me and basically to stop making it a joke 😅. There’s so much on our plates and it’s hard to find you time when you’re taking care of a little human constantly making sure they don’t hurt themselves..
@vanessaheslop98382 жыл бұрын
@@HealthNutNutrition yes it's like when they begin crawling, climbing & standing it becomes a whole nother set of obstacles 😂😅 & Eros just now finally got hurt because of dad. He would bring it up too & when Eros finally got hurt because of a mistake by him I didn't do as he does. I was sympathetic & told him it happens & it will be okay. He was crushed 🥺 I said no offense but do you see how hard it is on you when your the reason he got hurt? Can you stop bringing up how he fell off the bed during vacation. 🙃😅 They are around us a lot more mostly so I feel like that's why it happens around us more lol! But yes I just began yoga and meditation in the am again after watching this. Seriously on down days I will play one of your videos and it helps me get up. Really loved your video Sorry for the long post but I’d really like some advice on my DD . She is currently 15 months . She has started walking at 12 and currently she has 15 words under her belt . She smiles at people and wave at them . She also imitates what she sees on tv and the peak aboo game . When she is out she loves kicked her ball and run on the sand and grass . My main concern is that she is a disaster with food unless I feed her . She does a bit of toe walking and still a bit of stimming like twirling wrists and flicking if tired or excited . I am a first time mum and very anxious . I’d like to know if there is anything I need to address or if it is completely normal for her age . Many many thanks ☺️

@HealthNut Nutrition love watching your videos as my LG is similar age at 13 months. My LO b/f 4-5 times a day (more if she's not feeling good or for comfort) and I thought that was too many times. But good to hear that you feed Sage 6 times a day. What is your daily routine? I generally b/f when she wakes, then before the first nap, I'll offer after lunch but 9 times out of 10 she's not interested. Then she'll ask for milk around 3/4 pm, currently reading the afternoon nap, then the last one is at bedtime. I only offer breastmilk or water as she is allergic to cows milk. But so far things are going well. And most of the time she sleeps through the night. Love from the UK x

Just remember if you are a Mumma of toddlers or little ones that it's for now and not forever! Soon enough you would do anything to get a response from them, soon enough you will sit at the table and wish they are there again, soon enough they are gone to College or University, have a car and friends and social life that doesn't include Mum. Being dependent on you is such a short period in your Child's life they will be independent before you blink. It's hard but it doesn't last long. Take care all of you. 😘

I usually try and space out milk feedings but she’s a good eater so usually when she’s not eating it’s cause she either isn’t into what I’m serving or her gums are sore

Oh trust me I do.. I am often breathing through diapers changes and tantrums it’s hard and like I said in the video you just can’t take offence to it. You gotta brush it right off even though at times it seems impossible
