My 22 year old son has pots 😢I tried everything with him but he is not consistent 😢he said nothing helps

Is it HIIT workout your talking about Does it help your POTS? I do YOGA HIIT but with no weight training.

Do you get any heart abnormalities with pots or is it just disappear once you started the exercise?

Have you always worked out in the heat? Do you feel dizzy and weak - and just fight through it? Or did you build up a tolerance before your POTS was full blown? I work out every day but in aircon. Summer weather is still overwhelming.

I have not. I started out slow. I definitely felt that way at first, years ago, but now we are all good!
