Great video explaining Kevin's work. Thank you Craghoppers, for giving him the opportunity to show your followers what good conservation work looks like! No hoopla, no silly influencer presentation, no show, just simple dedication and love for the animals he chose to support till the day they die, while taking the opportunity to educate people around the world on the importance of wildlife conservation.

@guyfanno19 күн бұрын
That is not what this was about. What do you want to know? As Kevin is not likely to see your comment. There has been movement in that area with the government planning to ban captive ownership. This will hopefully lead to the end of lion farms and the end of canned hunting.

Through a fence. Only he interacts with them like this as he has known them for the majority over 95% of their lives after saving them from being sold to breeders canned hunting trade and the lion bone trade.

You know he comes around after they eat about 50 lb of meat each.😂 Don't let him fool you
@ElusiveLion7415 күн бұрын
Kevin is around them when they are hungry. Since they try to mimic a wild diet, the animals don’t eat every day. This also helps prevent obesity. They are usually fed by the staff twice a week, sometimes more if they catch prey on their walks or when Kevin gives treats. They don’t see him as something to eat.
@WDA2.05 күн бұрын
@ElusiveLion741 how many lion pets have gone wrong? Remember Two guys in Las Vegas? didn't one of them get chewed up by a lion? What I'm saying is the animals might turn on him one day
@ElusiveLion7414 күн бұрын
@@WDA2.0 They're not his pets. He runs an animal sanctuary which contains animals he has rescued from hunting farms. I think you're thinking of Siegfried and Roy who were circus performers. One of them got attacked by a white tiger, not a lion but they weren't killed by any animals. Siegfried and Roy loved the money and fame, they didn’t truly care about the animals wellbeing. They used their animals to perform in loud and bright environments and obviously that would be very stressful and make the animals scared and angry. Plus it’s well known that white tigers have a lot of birth defects due to inbreeding, one being eye problems with light sensitivity, so the bright environment makes it so much worse. Kevin on the other hand doesn't treat his animals like a circus act. They live in a calm and natural area and get to make their own decisions so they're obviously much happier and less stressed, plus lions are known to be more social than tigers. Two very different situations that can't really be compared.
@guyfanno13 күн бұрын
Don't spread your rubbish everywhere dude. Kevin has been in the enclosures with them on feeding days he has taken them on walks and been in the middle of a hunt. He has taken them for walks before they are due to be fed, they were not interested in him as food. The guys in Vegas had tigers very different type of big cat and not usually a part of a social group. And guess what? He already knows they could turn on him. But he would have to do something extremely stupid for that to happen. He is far from stupid. Shame l cannot say the same for people who make comments like you.

Kevin you are just so amazing not only for what you do for the conservation of lions but what you do to help conservations of all animals. The love you have for nature shows so clearly. If only there were more people like you in this world. I just adore all your videos I don’t miss any I share them all. The education you provide as well as the wonderful visual content with in each video is absolutely amazing. I love all these beautiful animals though I have a very special place in my heart for bobcat. He is just spectacular. I also adore your black panthers. Watching them climb over you was extremely amusing. I myself have 2 identical pure black pussy cats just house cats though I can so see the family resemblance with the cat family. My kittys climb over me the same and to do rolly Polly’s the same just made me laugh seeing your beauties like that. I became a pride leader as soon as it became an item I have purchased 3 tshirts a cup and a tote bag and I love them all. I will be purchasing more and with Christmas coming up my family will be getting the best gifts. Kevin Thankyou for all you do you are absolutely inspiring and amazing ❤️🩹❤️❤️🩹 from Perth Western Australia

This is what I like about these gentlemen. They study science and then address living beings with it and they respond to them. We Moroccan hominids have a legend that France placed the King of Morocco, Mohammed V, among lions and they did not devour him but rather danced for him. Hahahahaha
