I was in your position a year ago when I had to bring my oldest to pre-k. I had to bring my 6-month-old and 2-year-old and it was so stressful getting them all out of the car multiple times a day. Sometimes I get home out of breath and exhausted! I totally understand! What type of machine do you use to make your iced coffee? Can you use a regular coffee maker? What coffee, ingredients do you use? I always looking into trying new coffee brands.

right! It's a whole workout hahah. I use the nespresso machine & the starbucks pods. I'm honestly in the same boat. I'm trying to find what i like because right now i'm not satisfied lol. I also use the sweet cream creamer by delight.

I also pulled from Pre-K because our closest school is 30 minutes away. Waterford Upstart is a great free online Pre-K program. It's only 15 minutes a day and very flexible. Anytime and doesn't matter which days. I think anyone in a state that doesn't have free Pre-K programs can apply and they also provide a laptop. Not sure if they enroll in The middle of the year but worth checking into for the other boys.

I noticed that you eat/ drink a lot of dairy (atleast in this video) dairy causes a lot of inflammation and mucus build up which could be one of the reasons your getting sick a lot on top of of course having little children it’s almost impossible to escape the sickness. But just thought I’d mention it.

Hello...please enlighten me....mom of 4, with no support ? no family, no help from the father of your children, no baby sitter or housekeeper....you don't work how do you get your money...for example by showing us the brands of the products you buy... be honest with your real way of life. I'm just trying to understand. A lot of young women believe you, don't tell them stories as to be mom of 4 is a fairy tale.....

So many things to unpack here haha. First. I do have family that helps! I just don’t shove my camera in their face lol. Also.. my husband is currently on paid paternity leave. He works full time. We don’t go on fancy vacations or splurge on fancy things. Kevin contributes with the kids just as much as I do! And if you watch any of my videos, you’ll know that I never downplay how hard it is to take care of four kids. Hope that clears that up.
