Another great video! I still have a series 2 which I bought in the 90s in England, I moved to Australia in 2006 and shipped it out with me. I do miss the European roads though, Its very different riding here , lots of VERY long straight roads. So it great to watch your videos

Yes, I can imagine small scooter engines isn't the greatest on looong straight roads.

Nice video mate ! If I may ask, the sixties models, like the 150 S.L , I see that they can easily keep up with the PX . Do they still ride with the original engines ? Just curiousity, as I own a spanish 150 Sprint from 1967

I can't speak for the Swedes (the part from the meetup to the coffee break), but for the group after that, I would say most run upgraded. Either new px engines our rebuilt engines with a cylinder kit and electronic ignition. The was one guy on an original 50s model, who had a hard time keeping up with a max of 70km/h. He didn't ride with us for the whole ride. My first Vespa was a Spanish Motovespa Sprint 69. Never should have sold it 😀

That opening song…… eh…. All the music…. Had to turn the volume off… but the video was top notch… perhaps next time just leave the music out? Or maybe just insert the sound of dogs barking instead?
