Done , Supple is definitely not a word I’d you to describe my spine prior to the class 😑. Thanks for this it helped tremendously

Really enjoyed this one today, thank you! I'm not usually a big fan of backbends, but the gentler pace of the class made them much less scary :)

Day 3 completed! My spine feels so vibrant and my chest is so open I needed that, had a beautiful practice in the sunny garden and now I'm really to blessed to be stressed 🌞

Day 3 is done! What a great flow. Backbends are my weak spot in my yoga practice but it always feels good to push through. Thank you for that great flow 😊

Day 3 is done as well! It was hard but My spine and glutes feel so nice and grateful for this flow! It was lovely!! And exciting, because I got my camel pose today for the first time!!! Excited as well for day 4 to come!!! Thank you again for this challenge. I'm really BLESSED!!

Just finished the routine and had an amazing time. Found a lot of calm especially with the camel and also enjoyed a lot the beautiful flow from elbow plank to high cobra. Namaste!

I usually find backbends pretty intense so had to make sure I didn't push myself too much, but I found this super manageable and feel so much better for doing it! 💪🏼🧡
