OMG I haven't pinched a cat tail in something like 45 yrs, and when you reached out to it, I busted out laughing, remembering the last time me and my friends hitting each other bursting them every where in our camping area under a railroad track bridge where there was a creek running!! Great teenager hang out place!! Even had fish in creek!! Good ole days, gone but not forgotten!!

Thank you for sharing. That hot springs has been there for a long time. Fresh vegetables are awesome. It is rumored that (many years ago) an ATV is buried in the sand somewhere in the dunes. The story is it ran out of fuel, nobody had any rope. They had to leave it until the next day due to high winds and darkness, overnight a wind storm hit and they could not locate it. Not sure of the name of the produce stand, but we call it Speedy's. We shop there a from time to time when we are in Yuma.

This is off the subject but did you hear about an attack on a vehicle with a lady sleeping inside at La Posa South? Or near there? Did they catch who did it and is the lady ok?

Yes, I guess it was a couple teenagers from town . They stole a side by side and took it for a joy ride and they were the ones who threw the rock in her window.. Caught the next day still riding the s×s.
